noiamo: So i can add something like "nofish1@zeroid.bit": { "max_size": 100000, "files_allowed": "x.json" } , "nofish2@zeroid.bit": { "max_size": 100000, "files_allowed": "y.json" } and delete the line from permission rules?

It should work.

noiamo: I am not asking for extra signers i want 2 different group of users to ably to write only in json files for their group for e.g "nofish@zeroid.bit": { "max_size": 100000 , x.json} "nofish2@zeroid.bit": { "max_size": 100000, y.json }

Like I said you can set any other rules the same way as max_size, so add files_allowed there

noiamo: Yes but per user rule on which json someone is allowed to write? Eg admin.json and user.json admins can write to admin.json but users cant

 "includes": {
  "data/users/content.json": {
   "signers": [],
   "signers_required": 1
  }
 },

you can add extra signers there
