Cant change hub

SSDifnskdjfnsdjk · ssdifnskdjfnsdjk@zeroid.biton May 07, 2019Reply

yes, no developer yet aded this ability https://github.com/HelloZeroNet/ZeroMe
Though one can do it manually (there is a tutorial when you search zerotalk).. you can search via ZeroHello page, "Search in connected sites". That manual method can cause lost old posts or images or other not good consequences.

Can't run ZeroNet with Tor =(

ssdifnskdjfnsdjk@zeroid.bit · ssdifnskdjfnsdjk@zeroid.biton May 08, 2019Reply

why do you think your tor is running at port 9151 and 9150? I would try to run the zeronet.sh without that tor related p@r@meters and also with ports 9050 and 9051 instead. In my tor browser proxy settings i see 9150 and i am on Windows, on Linux i remember i had port 90xx not 91xx . Btw. there are some tips for zeronet with tor on Linux.

Kid Courageous · kidcourageous@zeroid.biton May 08, 2019Reply

Navigate to the folder containing ZeroNet.sh (assuming linux) and open a terminal there. Next run the following command: "bash ZeroNet.sh --tor_proxy 127.0.0.1:9150 --tor_controller 127.0.0.1:9151" (sans quotes) and the tor browser bundle to access ZeroNet.

it should work to run Tor for Zeronet, if not, you can describe the errors and what you did.
